  • Ability to read and interpret civil plans, grading sheets, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using GPS and machine control grading systems is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and relevant heavy equipment certifications preferred.

  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
