Job Description

Essex Westford School District (EWSD) has an opportunity for a Long-Term Substitute 4th/5th Grade Teacher at Westford School, to cover for a leave of absence. This position is anticipated to begin in February 2027 and go through the end of the 2026/27 school year.

Pay: $310.00 for a full day

EWSD is committed to considering out-of-state candidates who are eligible to hold a Vermont educator license but do not yet hold a license in this state.

• Ability to effectively integrate social and emotional learning in the classroom to help all students succeed.
• Experience teaching grade 1 preferred but not required.
