Job summary

EarthFresh in Colorado is seeking a Grader to ensure quality product is packaged per designated specifications. Reporting to the Production Manager, Raw Product, the role focuses on removing deficient potatoes from grading lines and maintaining GMP compliance.

The position requires 1-2 years in produce grading, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of grading experience within the produce industry.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time is required.
• A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Remove deficient product (potatoes) as per established quality specifications from the grading lines.
• Report deficiencies to Production Manager, Raw Product or Food Safety & Quality Technician.
• Adhere to all food safety and health & safety regulations/policies while following EarthFresh GMPs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Raw Product.
