Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking a Grade Foreman responsible for supervising daily operations on civil construction projects in Haskell, Texas. This role emphasizes ensuring safety and efficiency while providing hands-on leadership to the crew. The ideal candidate will have experience in Heavy Highway and Civil Construction, understanding of OSHA standards, and strong leadership skills.

The Grade Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations and leading crews on heavy highway and civil construction projects. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules. The Grade Foreman provides hands‑on leadership, assists with equipment and labor, and serves as a key link between field crews and project management.
