Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a part-time facilitator to support middle school math students through an online learning platform. You will schedule check-ins, monitor progress, and communicate with families as students advance through their learning journey.

The role requires comfort delivering targeted feedback, managing Google Classroom, and adapting instruction for diverse urban student populations. Remote access is not specified; on-site collaboration is presumed.

Qualifications

• Experience and confidence in teaching mathematics.
• Experience teaching middle school mathematics.
• Completion of or currently working towards a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience dealing with diverse student populations and familiarity with urban settings.

Minimum Requirements

Experience and confidence in teaching mathematics. Experience teaching middle school mathematics; Completion of or currently working towards a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university; experience dealing with diverse student populations and familiarity working in an urban setting preferred.

November 25, 2025 through May 08, 2026

Contract Amount

Not to exceed $6000.00

Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exempt employee and have worked more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
