• Wisconsin DPI teaching license in English/Language Arts or Regular Education for the grade level.
• Applications are considered on a rolling basis; MMSD will consider licensed before unlicensed applicants.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning targets using standards (CCSS, SELS, Language).
• Plan daily and weekly lessons aligned to standards.
• Develop year-long/course plans that identify essential questions and resources.
• Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate them to students.
• Instruct students individually and in groups using varied teaching methods.
• Analyze data and adjust instruction based on student achievement and practice data.
