GRADE 5 PLANT OPERATOR – GR. E

Full-Time Position (37 hours/week)

Location: Wastewater Treatment Plant

Pay: $25.96 - $31.91 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Thursday

Responsibilities:

1. Operate, maintain, and repair specialized stationary equipment and machinery at the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
2. Perform responsible duties requiring judgment to operate equipment carefully, avoiding breakdowns and damage.
3. Follow oral and written instructions effectively.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. At least three years of experience in Wastewater Treatment Facility operations, maintenance, and repair, including electric motor, diesel engine, and centrifugal pump experience.
3. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
4. Grade 5 license required.
