• Utilizes a variety of teaching practices reflecting diverse backgrounds to meet individual needs.
• Observes and evaluates student performance and maintains grades and attendance.
• Manages student behavior with effective classroom management and disciplinary procedures.
• Communicates with parents and school personnel regarding student progress.
• Maintains confidentiality of records and data.
• Maintains professional development hours and certifications.
• Performs duties as assigned.
