Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.
• Strong reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to complete complex maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes and implement repairs.
• Lead or support equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications to improve performance.
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, chains, slings, and related lifting equipment.
• Identify spare parts and materials; prepare parts lists and project plans.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by following procedures and PPE requirements.
