Novolex in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Material Handler with Grab Driver duties to support warehouse to manufacturing transfers. The role focuses on operating forklifts, pulling stock, and loader tasks within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of logistics experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The position runs 3:00pm–11:00pm Monday to Friday and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of logistics and warehouse experience.
• Forklift driving experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts with a grab attachment.
• Perform shuttle Driver, stock pull, grab driver, loader duties.
• Transfer product between warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Maintain safety and compliance in daily operations.
• Support evening shift 3:00pm–11:00pm (Mon-Fri).
