The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Sanitation Team Lead at our processing facility in Fort Myers, FL. Successful candidates should be safety and quality oriented, adaptable, and willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves performing general production duties in a food manufacturing setting, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards.

The primary responsibility is to maintain an efficient sanitation operation, managing resources to ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to standards. The role includes leading a high-performance, self-directed team capable of meeting quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards.
