Job summary

TechShack is hiring a senior infrastructure leader to own the validation and automation of GPU compute clusters. You will scale automated testing, set standards for deliverable compute, and guide capacity-provider evaluations affecting pricing and contract specs.

This is a hands-on leadership role with potential to grow a team as the company expands into exchange-traded contracts. Ideal candidates bring deep experience with GPUs (B200/B300, H200), infra-as-code, monitoring stacks and MLPerf/SRE

Qualifications

• Hands-on validation and deployment across multiple GPU generations (B300, B200, GB200, H200)
• Experience with both small clusters and thousands of GPUs, air and liquid cooled
• Strong automation background: infrastructure-as-code, monitoring stacks, automated acceptance/ regression testing
• Technical leadership, able to own a function and be the go-to person for hard problems
• MLPerf or custom acceptance suites, or SRE practice at scale
• Interest in how physical commodities get standardised and traded
• Experience at recognised neocloud or inference cloud

Responsibilities

• Build automated validation and certification for GPU clusters: benchmarks, interconnect testing (NCCL, InfiniBand/RoCE), thermal and power verification, SLA monitoring
• Automate health checks and acceptance testing so certification scales without headcount growth
• Define what deliverable compute means, covering node configs, topologies and cooling envelopes
• Perform technical due diligence on capacity providers and proposed build-outs, feeding into pricing and contract specs
