The salary range is competitive, from $175,000 to $300,000 annually, including equity options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Instinct for hardware, reasoning about failure modes at firmware and silicon levels.
• Ability to automate manual repair workflows.
• Experience with production automation using AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Own compute fleet health end-to-end.
• Build metrics pipelines, alerting, and a unified health view for GPUs.
• Design and expand GPU qualification platform.
