Job summary

Introl is seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to join our team as hourly, project-based W-2 employees supporting GPU infrastructure deployment projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who thrive in fast-paced settings and want to contribute to mission-critical deployments.

You will work under project leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build, upgrade, and migrate data center systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center operations or hardware deployment.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and DC infrastructure.
• GPU systems or AI infra experience preferred.
• Fiber optic installations and network cabling knowledge.
• Understanding of power distribution and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain large-scale GPU clusters and HPC systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair GPU servers and networking gear.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate fiber connectivity.
• Execute hardware migrations and rack installations.
• Monitor power, cooling, and environmental systems in data centers.
