Job summary

Introl is seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to join our team as hourly, project-based W-2 employees supporting GPU infrastructure deployment projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on technical work in fast-paced environments and are looking to contribute to high-impact, mission‑critical deployments.

As a W‑2 hourly employee, you will work under the direction of Introl project leadership and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to execute

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure.
• Experience with GPU systems, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency with fiber optic installations and network cabling.
• Understanding of power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain large-scale GPU clusters and HPC systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair GPU servers, networking gear, and related hardware.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate fiber optic connectivity.
• Execute hardware migrations and rack installations.
• Monitor data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and environmental systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Document work according to company and industry standards.
