Job summary

San Francisco Compute is hiring a Deployment Manager for the Compute Deals team. You’ll coordinate post-signature activities across internal teams and the customer, ensuring bring-up and validation lead to a successful live deployment.

You’ll own the integrated deployment plan, manage multiple GPU cluster rollouts, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders while aligning terms with the deal handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management.
• Track record managing multi-stakeholder programs over months.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with hardware engineers and deal leads.
• High ownership and bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connective tissue between Compute Deal Lead, Engineering, and GTM; translate technical status for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate provider- and customer-facing communication on deployment status and timelines.
• Influence technical and operational decisions across teams.
• Own internal and external partner communication for every deployment.
• Coordinate handover with Head of Compute Deals on contract terms and customer context.
• Flag account-level risks or opportunities early.
• Run reporting on deployment stages, blockers, milestones; build dashboards and trackers.
• Drive better handoffs from deal teams into deployment; tighten contract-to-k kickoff.
• Own the integrated deployment plan from handoff to go-live; manage multiple deployments.
