Job summary

Accenture plc in the United States seeks an experienced AI infrastructure architect to design and operate accelerated-computing environments for AI training and inference. The role covers on-prem, cloud and hybrid deployments, with a focus on scalable GPU clusters and automation.

You will implement tooling, workflows, and governance to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, collaborating across teams and client environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of design, deploy, and manage accelerated-computing infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with GPUs, DPUs, CPUs, high-bandwidth networks, and AI storage architectures.
• Experience with cluster management, workload scheduling, orchestration, observability, and automation (Kubernetes, Slurm, Run:ai).
• 6 months hands-on with Claude Code, Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement accelerated-computing infrastructure solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and operate GPU-based clusters across bare-metal and containerized environments.
• Integrate infrastructure platforms with enterprise systems, data platforms, security frameworks, governance controls.
• Build reusable tools, scripts, and automation workflows for operations.
• Establish repeatable processes for provisioning, patching, capacity planning, monitoring, and incident management.
• Benchmark and validate GPU, compute, storage, and network performance.
• Develop architecture diagrams, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization for GPU clusters in AI workloads.
