Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate accelerated‑computing infrastructure for AI training and inference across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments.

You will deploy GPU clusters with Kubernetes, build automation using Terraform and Ansible, and partner with security, governance, and data teams to ensure scalable, reliable performance.

Requires 5+ years in AI infra, a Bachelor's degree, and travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in designing and managing accelerated computing infra across hybrid environments.
• 5+ years with GPUs/DPUs, high‑bandwidth networks, and AI storage such as NVMe‑oF.
• 5+ years with cluster management and orchestration (Kubernetes, Slurm, Run:AI).
• 6+ months with Claude Code, AI automation tools, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement accelerated‑computing infrastructure aligned to architecture and governance.
• Deploy, configure, and operate GPU clusters across bare‑metal and containerized envs.
• Integrate platforms with enterprise systems, data security, and governance controls.
• Build reusable tools and automation for provisioning, config, monitoring, and remediation.
• Establish repeatable processes for provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Benchmark and diagnose performance of multi‑node AI training and inference workloads.
• Develop architecture diagrams, runbooks, and support docs.
• Provide guidance and optimization for GPU clusters with emphasis on availability and cost.
• Travel 25–60% may be required.
