Employment Type: Full-Time

Growing contractor looking to add a talented GPS / On‑Screen Takeoff / Survey Technician to our team. If you’re experienced or interested in working with GPS machine control, digital takeoffs, and construction surveying—and want to work on meaningful infrastructure projects.

🔹 What You’ll Do

GPS & Machine Control

• Set up and maintain GPS machine control systems (Topcon / Leica)
• Verify 3D models for graders, dozers, and rovers
• Perform site calibrations and manage field data
• Support operators and field crews with GPS troubleshooting

On‑Screen Takeoff & Quantities

• Produce cut/fill analysis, material quantities, and production reports
• Assist estimators throughout the bidding process

Surveying & Field Support

• Complete as‑built surveys and documentation
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of survey equipment

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 1–5+ years in GPS machine control, surveying, or earthwork takeoff
• Proficiency with Trimble, Topcon, Agtek, Civil 3D, or similar tools
• Understanding of roadway construction and earthwork
• Ability to read civil plans and work independently
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel to job sites
