Job summary

Stellar Solutions seeks a GPS IIIF - Program Integrator to support the modernization of GPS capabilities for a DoD environment. You will coordinate acquisition planning, contract actions, and stakeholder relations across Space Force organizations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in DoD acquisition, program management, and business operations, with strong experience in DoD milestones and risk management. Hybrid-remote work in El Segundo is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, program management, and business operations.
• Experience developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies and milestones.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems and organizations.
• Experience developing integrated plans and schedules, briefings, and risk-management activities for space programs.
• Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira.
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and drive execution across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, evaluation, and modernization of space-based GPS capabilities.
• Develop and support execution of DoD acquisition strategies and milestones.
• Coordinate program actions across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams.
• Maintain integrated plans and schedules for space program execution.
• Prepare acquisition milestone products and decision briefings for stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and manage program risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Space Force stakeholders.
