Salary Range: $22 – $24/hr
This temporary part‑time or full‑time position involves completing utility pipeline projects as part of a larger team. The role will run throughout the 2026 calendar year. Selected candidates will receive training near the project site and will then work independently or in a team to collect field data across multiple sites in Riverdale and surrounding Georgia areas. Working hours typically average 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, accrued PTO, or unpaid time when the construction schedule does not meet a full week. Under direction, the technician reports to the project location as defined by the team lead and begins capturing, documenting, and overseeing daily construction activities. Asset locations are mapped using GNSS equipment connected to a tablet running Esri’s ArcGIS Field Maps. Technicians locate applicable natural gas assets, take photographs of each asset, and complete required attribute data—including manufacturer, model, material, personnel, and location information. Field technicians may be required to perform related duties as needed and should understand field activities and client procedures for data collection and should be organized to develop effective work methods.
