Job summary

TradeWorX is hiring experienced GPS Dozer and Excavator Operators for a site development project in the Waynesburg, PA area. This is a long-term opportunity for operators who can work independently, follow grade, and safely operate equipment in a production-driven environment. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years operating dozers and/or excavators in heavy civil or site development.
• Proven GPS dozer experience using Trimble, Topcon, or similar systems.
• Ability to read grade and slope and work with minimal supervision.
• MSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate GPS dozers for cut/fill, rough grading, and fine grading
• Operate excavators for trenching, utility work, slope work, and mass excavation
• Read and follow GPS systems, grade stakes, and site layouts
• Support road building, site pads, and infrastructure development
• Complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Follow all site safety requirements and MSHA guidelines

Pay & Schedule

• Up to $32.00/hour based on experience Monday-Friday Overtime available as project needs require

Job Duties

• Operate GPS dozers for cut/fill, rough grading, and fine grading
• Operate excavators for trenching, utility work, slope work, and mass excavation
• Read and follow GPS systems, grade stakes, and site layouts
• Support road building, site pads, and infrastructure development

Requirements
