Job summary

New Mark Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join a skilled nursing team committed to clinical excellence and compassionate resident care. Roles include administering medications, assisting physicians, participating in admissions and transfers, and supporting care planning. Shifts are 12 hours, with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN.

Qualifications

• GPNs: Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and record medications/treatments
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
• Educate and support residents and their families
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Document observations and care provided
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse
