Qualifications
- DVM/VMD from an accredited institution.
- Florida veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain one).
- Genuine passion for client education and preventive wellness.
- Personable and team-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Forward thinker eager to help shape and grow a GP department.
Responsibilities
- Develop geriatric, puppy, and wellness packages for clients.
- Collaborate with the in-house Physical Therapist to integrate rehab into GP care.
- Help hire and mentor future DVMs and shape department culture.
- Be the face of client education within the practice.
- Contribute to scheduling, practice structure and growth of the GP service.
