We are a friendly, forward-thinking GP Practice based in the heart of the community. We now have an exciting opportunity for a conscientious, friendly, and hardworking receptionist to join our practice team at Weeping Cross.
We have some flexibility with the role and are ideally looking for between 18-23 hours during the week.
(Starting salary is circa £23.8k pro-rata, although this is dependent on experience.)
The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, be highly organised, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be committed to putting patient care first and share our values and passion for delivering quality care. Experience of working in the healthcare sector is preferred, although not essential.
We are a well-established group, consisting of three Practices located in the suburbs of Stafford, a charming county town near Cannock Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The historic town offers excellent local amenities, schools, and transport connections.

Job Summary:
Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
