Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating and managing a wide range of health needs, collaborating with Practice Partners and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective primary care.

Responsibilities

• Surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits as per timetable.
• Check and sign repeat prescriptions and handle queries, referrals and correspondence.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions for presenting problems.
• Record clear consultation notes to agreed standards.
• Contribute to audit data collection and computer-generated prescriptions.
