Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager, UI/UX Designer, and developers to align product strategy with goals.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog to drive the product lifecycle.
• Interact with customers and staff to identify opportunities for improvement and feed the backlog.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
