Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 6+ years of relevant experience for senior level.
• Experience negotiating government sponsored research agreements (DoD).
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Contract term negotiation and post-award administration.
• Strong budgeting, invoicing, and financial-review skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, review, and negotiate award terms and post-award administration per ARL SOPs and policies.
• Prepare, review, and process financial and non-financial agreements with PIs and staff.
• Provide guidance on grant and contract management to staff and faculty.
• Respond to sponsors, PIs, and offices regarding reports and invoicing of sponsored programs.
• Review budgets and advise on appropriateness of budgeted items.
