Gromelski and Associates, Inc. (GAI) seeks a Financial Analyst in Manassas, VA to support cost management and reporting for government contracting projects. You will partner with technical teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and to identify patterns requiring investigation.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, data interpretation for program impacts, and process improvements. The role requires a DoD secret clearance (U.S. citizen) and a strong Excel skill set.

Qualifications

• Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and reporting requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial data to assess program impacts and identify gaps.
• Ability to debug financial calculations and propose process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with technical counterparts to manage costs and enable effective project execution through reporting.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and timely reports on a regular cadence.
• Support cost management and financial analysis for government contracting initiatives.
• Create ad hoc financial reports as needed and learn new calculations quickly.
