Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking a Manager Government Operations to lead a team of Government Travel Consultants, resolve client issues, and ensure efficient operations under a government contract.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to pass extensive government clearances; responsibilities include payroll support, training, and ensuring service levels meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required per government contract.
• Must pass extensive government background and compliance checks.
• Experience leading a Government Travel team or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Government Travel Consultants, Team Leads, and Associate Managers.
• Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with internal departments.
• Oversee phones and emails and payroll transactions; train new agents on procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive process improvements, and ensure timely travel solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of ADTRAV products, systems, and internal applications.
