This position can be remote or in-office. Some in-person attendance may be required for training, meetings, or special projects, scheduled in advance.
The Government Programs Regulatory Reporting Lead is the subject matter expert for regulated reporting and audit readiness of Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. Responsibilities include managing reporting, audits, data exchanges, and collaborating with operational units to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely data and reports. The role involves developing and improving processes, ensuring certifications and quality standards are met, and serving as the main contact for reporting questions. Occasional travel may be required.
