Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Government Business Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of high‑impact government implementation projects across federal and state initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Regulatory teams to turn requirements into actionable plans and ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, PMP preferred.
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in healthcare/government/SaaS.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, CMS, or related healthcare programs.
• Experience managing software implementations, system deployments, or enterprise projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own federal and state government project delivery from planning through go‑live and steady‑state operations.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work across Product, Engineering, Client Services, Regulatory, and internal teams.
• Create accountability for commitments, dependencies, and deadlines while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget considerations, and identify risks early.
• Develop mitigation plans for risks and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Escalate issues with context and recommended action.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance to keep risks visible and actionable.
• Build measurable tracking and executive dashboards to report project health.
