Windsor Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software implementations for government clients in the Portland area. You will own projects from kickoff through launch, build strong client relationships, and lead cross functional teams through challenging work.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of delivery experience, strong communication skills, and a knack for structuring ambiguity while driving results. Experience with government agencies, Agile, and Jira is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software implementation projects.
• Experience in consulting or client facing delivery.
• Strong project ownership and a track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working with both clients and technical teams.
• Able to bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable making decisions.
• Experience with government agencies, environmental software, Agile, Jira, or a PMP is a plus.
