Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services (KGS) company, seeks a Project Manager to support our government customer in Baltimore, MD. This full-time role emphasizes coordination, scheduling, and delivering project objectives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Eight years of experience in a business mailroom, print operations, and/or mail sorting required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or successful completion of related programs in data processing and computer operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observes, evaluates, and supervises day-to-day operations of operators to ensure production efficiency.
• Facilitates daily production by directing activities, scheduling tasks, and following up on results.
• Organizes resources to minimize and control risks and issues.
• Prepares and guides operators through training, information sharing, and problem solving.
• Reports project status to senior management regularly.
• Prepare and communicate effective correspondence in response to inquiries.
• Apply administrative concepts to research materials and fulfill meeting obligations.
• Compile data from various sources to interpret information.
• Perform related work as assigned by Contract Officer.
