Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Government Liaison to lead a team and coordinate change-management efforts between the Intelligence Community and the Department of War. You will assess business-process impacts of changes and serve as a liaison on projects, engaging IC and DoW customers to identify vulnerabilities and implement enterprise solutions.

You will provide subject matter expertise on DoW matters and help operationalize strategies, ensuring delivery of effective tradecraft management

Qualifications

• Experience as a civilian or uniform military at the O-5, CW-4, or GS-14 level on a command staff.
• Experience working in or with the IC.
• Ability to show a willingness to offer assistance and instruction to customers.
• Ability to adapt to changing work requirements.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency between the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of War (DoW). As a change management professional, you’lllead a team and assess howalternationswill impact business processes and act as a liaison on ongoing and new projects between the IC and the DoW. You will work directly with IC and DoW customers to understand current and emerging tradecraft vulnerabilities, and work with stakeholders to determine and implement solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert on DoW matters to assist with driving enterprise approaches to tradecraft management and operationalizing strategies.

You Have:

• Experience as a civilian or uniform military at the O-5, CW-4, or GS-14 level on a command staff
• Experience working in or with the IC
• Ability to show a willingness to offer assistance and instruction to customers
• Ability to adapt to changing work requirements
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
