Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to own and drive IT projects from kickoff to go-live. The role requires coordinating internal/external resources, managing risks, and ensuring client satisfaction across time zones.

Responsibilities include managing ITM deployment, leading virtual meetings, and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering on schedule with quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management and/or related management experience.
• Proven cross-functional, end-to-end project management experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience with structured project management methods and tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and drive each assigned project to successful completion.
• Assess and monitor issues and risks; develop mitigation plans and coordinate resources.
• Manage ITM implementation and deployment schedule.
• Facilitate virtual customer and internal meetings by conference calls.
• Support projects during client time zones and business hours; occasional outside hours.
• Schedule, install, validate and deliver products within timelines with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with vendor representatives from kickoff to go-live.
• Demonstrate leadership and project management skills throughout implementation.
• Perform lessons learned post-implementation on all conversions.
• Manage concurrent client projects and align goals with stakeholders.
• Communicate project goals, plans, status, issues and risks to team and senior management.
