Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Analyst for the US Service Delivery Center – Government & Infrastructure Technology Risk in TX/San Antonio. You will join a US-based team supporting federal clients, performing risk reviews, documenting results and aiding in technology risk projects.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, configuring leading GRC tools such as SAP, Oracle, RSA Archer, ServiceNow and OpenPages, and communicating findings. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree with strong academics (3.0 GPA or above)
• Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow up on issues
• Ability to document and analyze business and technology processes
• Ability to work with governance, risk, and compliance concepts
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, RSA Archer, ServiceNow and OpenPages
• Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn proprietary tools
• Willingness to travel up to 10%; driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply fundamental risk management principles.
• Develop understanding of clients’ industry and business.
• Assist with collecting information on clients’ processes.
• Create risk and control documentation and configure GRC tools (SAP, Oracle, RSA Archer, ServiceNow, OpenPages).
• Assist with assessing current state internal controls.
• Research industry practices and EY methodology in governance, risk and compliance.
• Assist with analysis, issue identification, summarization and documentation.
• Support control rationalization, remediation strategies and optimization.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders; collaborate with teams.
• Stay informed of industry developments and new technologies.
• Use EY tools to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
