Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience reviewing and analyzing annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in budget execution during a fiscal year budget cycle.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing and presenting a status of funds for higher-level management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with superior Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Process financial documents and transactions using the UFMS.
• Review accounting practices to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and OMB circulars.
• Identify corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds.
• Review and analyze annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures
