• Ensure contracts adhere to government regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and address issues promptly
• Evaluate contract proposals and provide recommendations
• Conduct negotiations and facilitate contract modifications
• Maintain accurate contract records and prepare reports; identify and mitigate contract risks
