Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration for a growing portfolio of U.S. Government programs.

You will work directly with program managers, finance, legal, engineering, and government contracting counterparts to ensure Castelion understands and meets contractual obligations while enabling programs to execute quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate has strong DoD contracting experience, deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and the ability to interpret complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in U.S. Government contract administration or related field.
• DoD contract experience required.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracts.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own contract administration across multiple U.S. Government programs from award through closeout.
• Interface with Government Contracting Officers, contract specialists, DCMA, and others.
• Review and negotiate DoD contracts, OTAs, modifications, and related agreements.
• Coordinate proposal prep with program management, finance, legal, and BD.
• Develop scalable contracting processes and templates to handle growing portfolio.
