Qualifications

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal government contracts and procurement matters.
• Handle bid protests and CDA-related issues.
• Counsel on FAR and federal procurement requirements.
• Conduct internal investigations and related government contracts matters.
• Research complex legal/regulatory issues and provide strategic advice.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
