Qualifications

• 3–5 years of government contracts and grants experience.
• Experience with OTAs, SBA/SBIR rules, GSA/FSS programs, and financial assistance agreements.
• Experience with M&A and financing transactions involving government contracts.
• In-house experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with foreign investment, export controls, sanctions, FCC, or FAA matters is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• JD and active bar admission.

Compensation

$260,000–$365,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be available. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
