Exodigo seeks a Government Contracting Finance Specialist to support the financial requirements of our growing government and B2G business, partnering with Pursuits, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and HR to deliver compliant, timely deliverables.

The role requires hands-on experience with FAR, AASHTO, and government contracting finance, plus 7+ years in related roles; strong Excel and financial-analysis skills are essential. Remote with East Coast preference; salary $160k–$200k.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in government-contracting finance or project accounting
• Prior experience supporting an organization with a significant government/B2G revenue base
• Experience with FAR, AASHTO, state DOTs, or government contractors
• Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Support federal, state, local, and DOT contract finance requirements
• Maintain project/job accounting and labor charging structure
• Support FAR Part 31 and AASHTO indirect-rate compliance
• Prepare pricing, labor rates, indirect rates, and proposal schedules
• Review contract financial requirements, billing, and profitability
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, HR, and Pursuits
