Job summary

Knox Systems seeks a Cloud Administrator to secure, build, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP including GovCloud and government workloads. The role manages IAM, designs segmented networks, and hardens systems to DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks while meeting FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53/171, CMMC, and IL5 requirements.

This role also supports Knox's on-premises employee infrastructure, including collaboration software, patching, and endpoint management, serving as the

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cloud administration with production AWS/Azure/GCP experience and at least two platforms plus third knowledge.
• Experience operating in government cloud environments (GovCloud, Azure Government, or similar).
• Expertise in cloud identity and access management (SSO, MFA, least privilege, access reviews).
• Ability to design secure networks and manage encryption keys with FIPS-validated services.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM across AWS, Azure Entra ID, and GCP IAM with SSO, MFA, and access reviews.
• Design secure networks (VPCs/VNets) and manage encryption keys with FIPS services.
• Hardening to DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks; monitor drift with licensed tooling.
• Operate within FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53/171, CMMC, and IL5 requirements.
• Build and run infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP gov/regional workloads.
• Automate with PowerShell, Bash, Python and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep).
• Send logs to SIEM and support incident response; create audit-ready docs.
• Support on-premise infrastructure and collaboration tools; assist help desk escalation.
