You will assist in financial statement prep, participate in engagement planning, and build technical auditing skills through on-the-job training, with hybrid scheduling for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in accounting or current progress
• 0–2 years of public accounting or external audit
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Proficiency in Excel
• CPA requirements encouraged or CPA license a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual audits, primarily focused on local governments
• Prepare financial statements and contribute to engagement planning
• Perform technical audit work with on-the-job training
• Support a positive client experience by communicating with client staff
• Collaborate with team to identify and resolve audit issues
• Contribute creative thinking to strengthen client service and growth
