Job summary
Archer, in collaboration with Planet Technologies, seeks an Atlassian Developer to design and manage a centralized self-service portal built on Jira Service Management and Confluence. You will inventory existing Atlassian sites, design the service catalog, and implement intake forms and governance workflows across divisions.
On-site in DC, you must hold an active Top Secret clearance. You will upgrade and consolidate sites, optimize workflows, and provide governance documentation while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in Atlassian tooling and governance workflows.
- Experience implementing RBAC and security controls across enterprise portals.
- Familiarity with federal IT standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing Atlassian sites to inventory content and services.

- Design information architecture and service catalog for guided self-service.
- Develop dynamic intake forms for requests after self-service surfacing.
- Create system architecture, workflows, and governance for the portal.
- Install, configure, and maintain Jira Service Management, Confluence, and integrations.
- Perform upgrades and consolidate divisional sites into the central platform.
- Monitor usage and analytics; advise leadership on improvements.
