Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, political science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PAC management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the political process and campaign finance laws.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage financial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Implement company-wide PAC strategy by organizing solicitation campaigns, planning recognition events for contributors and overseeing PAC disbursement and account management in consultation with the PAC treasurer.
• Assist in executing Spectrum’s legislative initiatives in Congress and with the Administration, coordinating communications and presentations and representing Spectrum at government and political events.
• Oversee compliance with election law and lobbying disclosure regulations by working closely with outside counsel.
• Support efforts to enhance and simplify the customer experience across all initiatives.
• Manage financial accounts related to PAC operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Legislative Affairs.
