Responsibilities

• Prepare CMDP audited financial statements and schedules for AHCCCS.
• Prepare account analyses, footnotes, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, balance sheet accounts, and variances.
• Assist with annual financial statement audits and respond to audit requests.
• Conduct quarterly revenue and expenditure reconciliations and AHCCCS reports.
• Retrieve and analyze financial data using accounting systems.
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies prior to year-end.
• Close general ledger and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain accounting procedures and audit support documentation.
• Develop KPI metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
• Present financial data and recommendations to management.
