Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help train AI on security policies, compliance programs, and risk management. This remote, hourly contract role focuses on high-quality data and evaluation frameworks that teach AI to reason like a seasoned practitioner.

You will review policies, map controls, and generate accurate training data to improve AI understanding of real-world risk and compliance scenarios, with flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management.
• Familiar with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST or similar frameworks.
• Ability to read, interpret and evaluate policy and audit documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously.

What You'll Do

Who You Are
