Job summary

Ex is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional data and technology initiatives within a governance-first cloud environment. The TPM will own program execution, risk management, compliance coordination, and stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.

It will establish and operate the governance operating model to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and data governance policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional data/tech initiatives in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders across Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs from conception to deployment.
• Establish and operate governance operating model ensuring adherence to security standards and data governance policies.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage risks, scope, timelines and regulatory compliance.
